Strategic Planning

The UOL performs Strategic Planning for the Program Manager, Marine Expeditionary Rifle Squad (PM, MERS) on an as-needed basis. This involves research, analysis, and recommendations on topics of interest and concern regarding the long range planning for the future transformation of Marine forces. The UOL also provides support and management of the MERS Science and Technology Management Plan.
